Come and enjoy a day full of delicious food at Põnka Guesthouse in Soomaa National Park!
The group cooking workshop "Journey of Flavors" invites you to try out inspiring recipes in a picturesque place.
Together, we will set the table with the best seasonal ingredients, share tips, and discover new flavors. In preparing dishes, we follow the phrase "from field to pot," preferring organically grown ingredients from local small producers. We find ingredients in the field, mushrooms in the forest, and herbs in the garden. In choosing recipes, we prefer healthy dishes from traditional Estonian cuisine.
The day offers an opportunity to learn, experiment, and, of course, enjoy the final product! Whether your goal is to try new recipes, get inspired, or enjoy good food, "Journey of Flavors" is for you.
Additionally, the guesthouse offers a cozy, natural environment, an opportunity to enjoy fresh air and the peace of Soomaa, good company, and joyful experiences.

Come and participate in the Klaara-Manni Honest Horticulture workshop.
Look around in an organic garden and learn tips and basic about organic gardening from a gardener. You will get to know the difference between vegetables grown organically and those which have been treated with chemical fertilizers. During the workshop, you can put a seed in the soil and take the sowing with you. In autumn, you can harvest your crops.
After the tour in the garden, we will prepare handmade lemonade with organic herbs. We also offer snacks made of local ingredients.
Jõesuu KülaKohvik – dishes made with heart, refreshing drinks, a cozy and friendly atmosphere, a playroom for children, picturesque nature all around, and an exciting suspension bridge behind the house.
The café is located on the border of Soomaa, where the Navesti River joins the Pärnu River, right next to the Jõesuu suspension bridge.
You are warmly welcome to enjoy a refreshing coffee or ice cream break or have a delicious meal (vegans are also considered). We also offer the possibility to host events at the café and provide catering to your location.
